Amy Kuretsky is back for a third time but this time we're talking about her newest offering, breathwork. Amy recently went through David Elliott's healer training and is now offering guided breathwork in both 1-on-1 sessions as well as through her newest subscription service, Monthly Medicine.

Amy and I dig into what this style of breathwork looks like, where it comes from, and what this work can do to help us continue healing our bodies, our hearts and our spirits.

I'm particularly stoked about this work because I truly believe it is an invaluable tool for healing our relationships with food, our bodies, recovery from an eating disorder, healing feelings of unworthiness and body dissatisfaction and so much more.

This week we're back with another solo episode where Holly is broadening the definition of recovery for those who are struggling not just with eating disorders but for those who struggle with body image, their relationship with food, dieting + more.

She's sharing the 9 things that were crucial in her own recovery in the hopes that you can use this information to continue your own healing journey.

Here's a glimpse at what we're talking about:

  1. Sustainable self care
  2. A solid team of support
  3. Boundaries & saying no
  4. Routine/ systems
  5. Creative outlet
  6. Spiritual practice
  7. Resiliency & a willingness to learn
  8. Exploring values, worthiness & body acceptance
  9. Having a sense of purpose; a larger calling; something that lights you up
