Maddy Moon is an author, motivational speaker, life coach retreat leader, and she's also a fellow podcast host on her show Mind Body Musings. She teaches women how to heal their minds, hearts, and spirits by stepping into their femininity and stepping out of their perfectionist tendencies.
After having struggled with disordered eating during her time spent body building, Maddy decided it was time to close that chapter and write a new one. She's helped so many women to do the same, and is sharing some of her wisdom with us today while we talk through subjects like perfectionism, our different energies, recovering from eating disorders, accepting her body, tools for healing, letting go of the need to control food, and sooo much more.
